Online purchases are made securely through Paypal with a confirmation receipt emailed after processing.
Wholesale
We welcome wholesale inquiries! Please contact us, and we will provide you with more information about volume pricing and setting up an account. For first-time customers, we will require a valid business license.
Shipping Within the US
Once your order has been received, we will package and ship from Hawaii within five business days. If you would prefer expedited shipping, please submit your request (with your full name and order#) and we will accommodate your order as quickly as possible.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot accept online orders shipping outside the US at this time. We do accept international orders by phone at the following number: 808-524-5055 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm HT).
Returns
We do not accept returns unless you receive damaged goods. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange of product. All opened items cannot be returned. Please submit your request.
